- Oversee and manage cleaning teams at different client locations within a day, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to the client’s specifications
- Ensure that staff follow systematic cleaning routines, maintain high standards, and comply with each client’s unique requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their cleaning needs are met and addressing any issues or requests promptly
- Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Travel to multiple client sites in a single day as required, demonstrating flexibility and effective time management
- Adapt to various working environments, ensuring smooth coordination of cleaning activities across all assigned locations
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and third parties, ensuring professional representation of the company at all times
- Provide clear instructions to cleaning staff and report progress to clients and senior management
- Ensure that all cleaning operations comply with relevant health and safety standards at each client site
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure staff adhere to job descriptions, safety regulations, and client expectations

Requirement
- To have experience clinching and handling cleaning accounts and cleaners, B2B
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing housekeeping or cleaning operations, preferably in an outsourced cleaning company
- Knowledge of professional cleaning standards and sanitation processes
