What the role is:
Working in a dynamic team managing the national Credit (SFC) scheme, this is a well-rounded role suitable for individuals who are good in data management and willing to learn and contribute to all aspects of credit programme implementation.
As a manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing and interpreting SFC data to address lines of inquiry that inform policy and business planning, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Visualising the findings, present and communicate the insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner; and
- Supporting SFC operations which includes industry engagement, partnership development and appeal management.
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau, Redshift
- Able to work effectively under time constraints and potentially changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Applicants without the required qualification but possess the relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
