Job Description
- Support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
- Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
- To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
- To resolve employees problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
- To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners.
- Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed on time.
- Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors
