Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder database and nominations for organization's awards.
  • Provide logistical and secretariat support for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, handle RSVPs, guest arrangements, and ensure timely delivery of awards.
  • Update documentation on SharePoint and ERS, assist on event days, and oversee post-event photo curation.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in any related field.
  • Min 2 years experience in awards management.
  • Strong written English for writing minutes of meeting, reports, emails and standard operating procedures will be a plus!
