Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information in the HRIS system.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and other related issues.
- Coordinate with the HR team to manage employee benefits and deductions accurately within payroll processes.
- Support the annual payroll budget preparation and other financial activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll administration and knowledge of payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing payroll data.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with HRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management.
