Sales Admin cum Secretary

  • Salary : $2,400 – $2,800 (Depends on experience)
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday 8.15am-5.30pm
  • Location: Gul Circle (Transport provided at Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT station)

Job Responsibilities

Sales Operation Support

  • Prepare, generate & follow up on Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation & other sales related documents
  • Follow-up with customer on product label, ensure label design are approved by customer before proceed with the printing
  • Consolidate and update of Sales Forecast & Sales Summary
  • Assists the Business Support team in Procurement coordination
  • Liaise with Suppliers on printing of product labels, leaflets & other packaging materials
  • Liaise with Regional offices for Sales/Marketing related matters
  • Liaise with various department to fulfil customers’ orders

Marketing

  • Coordinate on exhibition held at local/overseas
  • Sourcing & coordinating on diaries, calendars, table planners & corporate gifts

Administration / Secretary Duties

  • Attending to visitors and setting up of meetings
  • Travel arrangement on Hotel & flight booking, Visa application and submission
  • Double-Tax Deduction submission to IE Singapore
  • Distribution of mails to Directors
  • Provide Secretarial duties to Directors
  • Handling telephone enquiries & other ad-hoc related duties
  • Manage domain email

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in all or either Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
  • Minimum 1-2years’ experience in sales administration and coordination will be added advantage
  • Past working experience in a secretary role is an advantage
