Project Management Officer (PMO) - 1 Year Contract - Singapore
Our client, a global leader known for delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth is currently looking for a PMO, The PMO Specialist will provide essential support in budget management, vendor coordination, reporting, and project governance to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Budget and Expense Management:
- Monitor, track, and report monthly budget utilization; validate and reconcile planned versus actual expenses, and address discrepancies or over-spending.
- Proactively manage budget-related risks and financial adjustments, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Vendor and Contract Coordination:
- Support contract and invoice management processes, including risk assessments, legal clearance, and timesheet review.
3. Project Reporting and Meeting Support:
- Organize regular project status and Steering Committee meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, draft reports, and track action items to completion.
4. Project and Resource Coordination:
- Maintain project RAIDS register, stakeholder matrix, and support new project setup.
- Oversee resource demand forecasting, requisition, onboarding, and leave tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years in a PMO or project support role, ideally within Finance domain.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) is preferred.
