Job Description:
- Sourcing and communicating with suppliers to secure purchases and aim of converting them into partnership suppliers
- Negotiate optimal purchasing terms and conditions
- Generate Purchase order, report and maintain purchasing master data in system
- Analyse and determine the most suitable deal from various suppliers
- Bring in new leads and identify opportunities from new regions
- Develop and maintain relationships with current/ potential suppliers
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess either a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, and other relevant fields with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experiences
- Well-equipped in Microsoft Excel Skills
- Good critical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Outspoken and good communication skills; able to communicate across departments
- Works well in fast-paced environment
