About the Company:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and control.
- Assist in building and guiding project teams, providing direction, and support to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and regularly monitor progress.
- Assist in generating reports that outline project status, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Address conflicts and resolve issues within the project team.
- Analyze and troubleshoot problem areas, adjusting strategies as required.
- Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- Undertake additional tasks and assignments as they arise.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
- Candidate without experience is welcomed to apply.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Have relevant on-site experience.
- Capable of writing and understanding engineering reports.
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Can work effectively under pressure and take initiative.
