Job Summary:
The Pharmacist - QA plays a key role in maintaining product quality by supporting quality control activities and assisting in the implementation of Quality Plans. The role will involve working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the Quality Management System (QMS). This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, with a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Support
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and addressing product quality concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend basic improvements to product services.
Continuous Improvement and Technology Utilization
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
- Assist in using data analytics to monitor quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance and Operations
- Execute established quality procedures and support Supplier Quality activities.
- Assist in monitoring quality activities such as complaints and non-conformities.
- Help generate and prepare reports to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in internal audits and support the implementation of process improvements.
Training and Development Support
- Assist in the coordination of team training on quality-related topics.
- Participate in training on QMS and basic regulatory requirements.
- Support the analysis of training outcomes to identify gaps.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience in pharmacy practice, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
