Job Description:
- Working experiences in HDB BTO projects
- Coordinate along with the review of drawings, submission of proposal,query and design for consultant approval.
- Well versed in precast installations and joint details.
- Able to resolve technical issues.
- Laison with Owner, Authorities ,Consultants , Sub Contractor and Suppliers.
- Ensure site operations progess smoothly and on schedule , comply to all authorities requirements and ensure standards and specification for project are properly implemented
- Assist the PM/CM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program.
- Review drawing, plans and verify the structural integrity of materials and designs.
- Ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time.
- Liaise with consultants/authorities on drawing and technical issues
- Coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
- Ensure site safety and preparation safe work documents & procedures with safety personnel.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possesses Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM.
