Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to help design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud service providers, automation, and a passion for optimizing cloud solutions for performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement and monitor cloud solutions, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective architectures.
- Automate cloud deployments and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
