Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and networking, focusing on delivering comprehensive recruitment solutions.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs.
- Internal Coordination: Comprehend clients’ needs and objectives. Communicate effectively to the fulfilment team to provide the right candidates, maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Others: Handling administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in recruitment or sales, ideally within the recruitment agency domain.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment sales are preferred.
- Independent, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
