Job Description

  • Lead and manage office administrator functions including public relation contribution, social medial channel and office managment.
  • Develop and execute employee regulation and strategies to support project growth.
  • Lead, organize, maintain and develop social medial marketing policies.
  • Handle announcement and advertisement on portals
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding process for employee
  • Prepare workstation for new employee by setting up the laptop, connecting to the printer and installing the software
  • Collect, check and verify the attendance
  • Handle work injury claims
  • Handle flight ticket purchase
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record
  • Initiate plans and activities for a cohesive working environment
  • Manage general office administration works such as maintaining office facilities, panty/ stationary supplies, letter preparation
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate with at least 2 years relevant experience is preferred
  • Degree in computer qualifications
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Willing to work in Construction Site
  • Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure
