Job Description
- Lead and manage office administrator functions including public relation contribution, social medial channel and office managment.
- Develop and execute employee regulation and strategies to support project growth.
- Lead, organize, maintain and develop social medial marketing policies.
- Handle announcement and advertisement on portals
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process for employee
- Prepare workstation for new employee by setting up the laptop, connecting to the printer and installing the software
- Collect, check and verify the attendance
- Handle work injury claims
- Handle flight ticket purchase
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record
- Initiate plans and activities for a cohesive working environment
- Manage general office administration works such as maintaining office facilities, panty/ stationary supplies, letter preparation
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate with at least 2 years relevant experience is preferred
- Degree in computer qualifications
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be added advantage
- 5.5 days work week
- Willing to work in Construction Site
- Independent, good communication skills, able to work well under pressure
