- Overseeing the entire production process of signs, from design to installation
- Ensuring the materials used in production meet quality standards
- Coordinating with design teams to ensure client specifications are met
- Assist workers for the installation and make sure the proper installation been done
- Managing production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of products
- Inspecting the finished products for accuracy and quality
- Handling machinery and tools used in the production of signs
- Maintaining proper inventory of materials and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring the safety of the production area and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Training and supervising production staff
- Resolving any issues or delays in the production process.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and provide updates on the progress of their orders
- Able to work Midnight shift
- Able to standby 24/7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times
- Able to work on weekens and publi holidays
- At least 2 year's experience in similar role
