Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations needs of the Taekwondo School
- Managing students records/ attendance, create invoices and manage payments.
- Attend to students’/ parents’ queries via telephone, online and physically
- Oversee school schedule, arrange for trial, 1-1 sessions and special events / projects such as competitions.
- Able to create simple marketing materials to promote school activities
- Perform other ops/ admin duties as required to support the running of the school
Requirements
- More than 1 years of experience in running similar admin/ ops/ customer service duties in a gym, school, related institutions in preferred
- Entry level candidate welcome.
- Negotiable salary.
