Job duties:
- Supporting the administration of employee compensation packages, including salaries, and benefits.
- Processing benefits claims, and updating HR systems to reflect accurate employee compensation data.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation matters.
- Assisting in the annual salary review and performance bonus processes.
- Update employee movements in the system and follow up with corresponding letters.
- Keeping up-to-date with labor laws and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Working experience as HR cum admin executive
