Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment room.
- Set up workstations and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
- Assist in keeping linens clean and tidy, replacing them between sessions as needed.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Document and maintain client files accurately.
- Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations.
- Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms.
- Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services.
- Provide massage services as outlined in the service brochure.
- Maintain accurate records and file documentation.
- Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
- Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
