Job Description
- Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Reviewing designs to ensure that they comply with government regulations and standards for safety, materials, and construction techniques.
- Reviewing and evaluating incoming contractors and securing the contracts at competitive rates.
- Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and budget.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with the approved plans and drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor budgets and make adjustments when necessary to meet spending goals.
- Negotiating with the sub-contractos and make sure they are performing their work within a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
- Maintaining relationship with vendors to ensure they are meeting project deadlines and providing high-quality materials.
Requirements
- Minimum working experience is TEN (10) years in construction sector.
- Must able to work in Saturday/ Sunday/ Public holiday due to urge of work.
- Must agree to work on Day or Night shift at project.
- Proven ability: to monitor, lead & train a team to carry out their daily work duties accordingly.
- A positive mindset to continuously strive & achieve high performance standard.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
