Able to perform Installation, Test/Commission, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM), repair and troubleshoot on healthcare equipment/system.
· Respond, monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
· Plan and schedule PM or CM.
· Provide post-sales support when require.
· Liaise and coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, contractors, customers for projects.
· Assist project team in project execution.
· Attend to service calls.
· Collaborate & gather feedback/prospect and share with team members
· Any ad-hoc duties or calls as assigned.
Requirements
· NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
· Experience with software assisted technical service diagnostic & testing equipment.
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field. Entry level candidates with willingness to learn are welcome.
