Job Scopes:
- Oversee HR functions: recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management.
- Manage work pass applications, visa renewals, cancellations, and repatriation.
- Handle Workman’s Compensation, Group Hospital & Surgical Claims, and medical benefits.
- Maintain accurate personnel records.
- Manage recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.
- Administer compensation claims, healthcare, and welfare programs.
- Resolve staff queries on medical claims and benefits.
- Plan company events: annual D&D, Seventh Month Prayers, and team activities.
- Serve as primary contact for HR queries, providing policy guidance.
- Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director and department heads.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Knowledge of HRMS system will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of local employment laws and work pass regulations.
