Job responsibilities
- Letter of credit/LC Export Import Experpence
- Import/Export Documentation Experience
- Provide admin, account support and office management

Job Scope:
-Handle import/export shipping documents based on Lletter of Credit/ LC , Certificate of origin, Custom/Insurance declaration
-Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment
-Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customer and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
-Provide admin, account support and office management
-Monthly sales reports
-Issue payment vouchers
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in handling Letter of Credit, Export Import Documentation and admin/account
Good communication and iterpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & Power Point)
Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
Only Singapore permanet resident and singaporean can apply
