MANAGER
Salary : 4-5k depending on experience.
Job Scope:
- Develop strategic plans to implement for daily logistics operations for different locations efficiently.
- Ensure rules and regulations compliance with N Parks regulations for the movement of equipments, conducting football sessions etc.
- Be the main point of contact for operations team to fulfill their requirement of sufficient equipments and logistics medium.
- The role will also involve liaising with operation managers and suppliers in the ordering, storage and distribution of kit, apparel and equipment, and the management of stock.
- Ensure accurate records of the stock inventory such as kits, football equipments and procurement of depleting stocks.
- Daily updates and reports to the administration team about the state of progress in the Logistics area.
- Implement security measures and uphold work safety protocols for all the logistics operations.
- Identify and implement strategical improvements across the value chain to streamline distribution processes and exceed service standards.
- Oversee and liase with the Finance team for the P&L performance of designated programs.
- Investigate and review relevant technology with a view to recommending, if appropriate, and then implementing to assist in streamlining processes and reducing spend.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role is required.
- Experience in sports management and operational excellence will be considered an advantage.
