About the Role:
- Working Hours:6 days/week
10-hour shifts (including a 90-minute break)
Your Mission:
As our Head Chef, you will:
- Lead a dynamic team of 6 kitchen assistants in crafting our signature Mala Tang.
- Uphold the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring each dish reflects our commitment to quality.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene while adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, minimizing waste while ensuring ingredient availability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to guarantee timely service and seamless dining experiences.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in the art of preparing Mala dishes, sharing your culinary expertise.
- Contribute to ad-hoc kitchen duties to support a thriving kitchen environment.
