Responsibilities
- Handling full set of accounts and UFS
- Familiar with consolidation and updated with the latest SFRS accounting standards.
- Assisting with XBRL Filling.
- Prepare and file GST return.
- Prepare unaudited financial statements, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Keeping track of AR and AP, debtor's listing, tracking and generating invoices, processing staff claims and working closely with HR for company payroll matters.
- Prepare tax computation; file ECI, Corporate Tax, Personal Income Tax
- Maintain and ensure timely and accurate reporting and submission of financial statements that meet statutory and management requirements.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, work under pressure, positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Have a keen eye to details, meticulous.
- Performing additional ad-hoc work as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in accounting or commercial firms.
- Proficient in MS Office, Quickbook Desktop and XERO accounting softwares.
- Meticulous, Independent and Highly driven individual who is willing to learn and passionate about the job.
- Team player, highly responsible, driven individual and good working attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
