Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our company's technology strategy and direction (for BU). The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in big data and artificial intelligence, and excellent communication skills in Chinese. As the CTO, you will be responsible for managing the technology team, developing the technology roadmap, and driving technological innovation and growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead and manage the technology team, optimizing team structure and improving operational efficiency.
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to propel the company's technological advancements and innovation.
Guide the design of technical architecture for product development and service projects, ensuring high-quality technical solutions.
Collaborate with other executives to ensure effective integration of technology and business.
Manage technical risks and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and securely.
Participate in major company decisions, providing expert technical advice and support.
Conduct industry trend analysis to maintain the company's competitive edge in technology.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
Over 8 years of experience in leading technical teams with at least 3 years in a CTO or similar senior technical management role.
Deep understanding and extensive hands-on experience in big data and artificial intelligence.
Familiarity with a wide array of cutting-edge technologies and their applications, coupled with visionary and innovative thinking.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration effectively.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and a strong team player.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
