Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps initiatives, optimize deployment pipelines, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, automation, and be able to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure to support high-availability applications.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quick, reliable, and secure deployments.
- Automate workflows and infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
- Monitor system health and resolve complex technical issues to improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance development and operational processes.
- Lead DevOps projects, implement best practices, and conduct training for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with expertise in CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including security and networking.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed system design.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
