Job Description:
- Experience in pre & post contract administration.
- Prepare tender cost submission /measurement / quantity take off / cost evaluation.
- Be responsible for sourcing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control.
- Prepare settlement of the final account.
- Handle issues including the extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim.
- Maintenance of project documentation.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or Diploma or Nitec (Building/QS) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a construction firm preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
