Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they align with job requirements and company values.
- Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary background on candidates and ensuring smooth interview logistics.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Extend job offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- No experience required - Training and industry certification will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
