We are hiring for the role of Clinic Receptionist / Customer Service.
Psych Connect is a Psychological clinic. We cater for expat and local families and individuals. We work with both children and adults and cover clients from a diverse demographic background. We are looking for someone who is warm and caring toward the families we work with but, also is organized and work in a fast paced environment.
• Manage customers’ inquiries about the services offered by the company promptly.
• Support therapy team with scheduling client appointments.
• Perform general admin duties and good follow up on emails & calls received.
• Collection of payment; using NETS, credit card machine.
• Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Attend to walk-in customers inquiries.
Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in front line customer service is preferred. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast pace environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Good written and spoken skills in English.
• Excellent customer service and strong office administration skills (including being comfortable with technology and computers).
• 5 days work week (one of work days will be a Saturday).
• Salary will commensurate with experience.
