Job scope:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to inform project decisions
- Measure and value construction work, including site visits and inspections
- Prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs and financial performance, providing regular reports
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to optimize resources
- Manage variations and claims, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Experience with LTA civil/underground projects is advantageous
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
