We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Student Recruitment Assistant Manager and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to drive marketing and business development strategies.
- Identify high-growth areas and expand brand identity in China and beyond.
- Recruit, train, and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
- Establish partnerships with educational institutions and colleges, both locally and overseas.
- Participate in educational exhibitions, open houses, and roadshows for agents & student recruitment activites.
- Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders to support, implement, and execute student recruitment plans.
- Provide support for other assignments as directed by the HOD and President.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international private education setting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders from diverse geographical locations.
