Description:
- Conduct weekly inspection to the premise and submit weekly inspection report to NHGP in-charge (IC) and Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH) IC
- Conduct monthly inspection and submit monthly inspection report to NHGP IC and KWSH IC
- Conduct 2 times physical fire drills and fire extinguisher demo to all occupants
- Conduct 2 times Table-Top Exercise on IPP or Arson
- Conduct 2 times briefing to occupants on Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan
- Review Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Fire Warden Poster annually with building owner
- Conduct CERT Team refresher training during Fire Drill
- Review Fire Safety Risk Assessment
- Prepare and implement Fire Safety Report & Plan annually
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant trade
- Registered Fire Safety Manager for a minimum 3 years
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
