Responsibilities
- Work together with local management team and HQ Business leaders to manage the recruitment needs / HCs / budgets etc.
- Manage / expend the local sourcing channels, lower the recruitment costs
- Fulfill the recruitment needs, complete all the necessary process, flows.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare the recruitment reports as per organization’s requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Familiar with university’s programs, has connections with university career office or students committee
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; especially in proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide.
- Good communication skills in both English and mandarin. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleague in head of office in China and candidates; likes to interact with all levels of people
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure
