Job scope:
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in facilities
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Manage projects related to electrical infrastructure upgrades and improvements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing timely solutions
- Prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects and maintenance
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, including schematics and maintenance records
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in operation and maintenance of transformers, LV/MV switchboards, UPS, motors, frequency converters, and power distribution
- Experience in project installation of electrical distribution systems
- Ability to study protection circuits, single line drawings, and control circuits
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, including fire protection, CCTV, PA, and network systems
- Compulsory knowledge of HV, LV, transformers, switchboards, and breakers
