Job Description
- Provide administrative support for staff recruitment and selection including arrangement of interviews, submission of documents to relevant authorities and preparation of letter of offer
- Create and maintain all Staff Personnel Files and ensure proper storage of all staff records
- Keep track of all Personnel File movement
- Update and maintain all staff particulars in the Staff Portal to ensure each staff record is up-to-date
- Prepare HR-related letters eg. no-pay leave, maternity leave, promotion, etc.
- Maintain the staff list in the Staff Portal following all staff movement and new staff appointments
- Prepare contract letters for Coaches/Instructors (for CCAs & CAS programmes)
- Maintain a record of carpark lots allocated to staff / vendors for season parking by updating all new allocations and termination of season parking in timely manner
- Provide admin support during the annual Direct School Admission (DSA) exercise
- Handle counter and phone duties including directing of calls and enquiries from parents, students and members of the public to the relevant officers
- Any other duties as assigned by the Principal or any officer covering Principal’s duties
Requirements
- A Polytechnic Diploma holder with preferably some working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player who is able to multi-task.
