Key Responsibilities:
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from business analysis and data migration to testing and go-live support, ensuring all project elements align with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, allocate resources, set timelines, and manage risks, ensuring seamless execution according to the project plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members, fostering open communication and addressing any concerns to maintain project momentum.
- Guide and motivate project teams to meet project objectives on time and within budget, providing support, coaching, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage organizational change associated with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on minimizing disruption and supporting user adoption.
- Monitor quality across all project stages, performing regular audits and reviews to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Regularly prepare and present project status updates, keeping all parties informed of progress and any adjustments needed.
Qualifications:
- At least7 years in project management, with a specialization in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is preferred, and SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Controlling, Logistics, HR); experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or hybrid environments is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships and effective problem-solving.
