· Responsible for working in day-to-day outlet operation
· Maintain good rapport with customer to ensure sales targets are achieve by individual and team performance

· Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services
· Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices
· Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
· Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
· Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
· Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours
