Job description:
- Record and support client records and ensure all documents comply with MAS regulations and internal policies.
- Onboard clients and ensure the gathering of necessary documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Keep clients updated, manage requests, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
- Arrange client meetings to clarify sales objectives and develop presentations and reports.
- Keep track and identify prospects, opportunities, and performance benchmarks.
- Form and maintain strong customer relationships.
