Job Descriptions:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals when necessary
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with callers
- Document call information accurately and timely in the system
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hospitality/restaurant operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and handling customer inquiries
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
