CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE OFFICER

Job Descriptions:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals when necessary
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with callers
  • Document call information accurately and timely in the system
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality/restaurant operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and handling customer inquiries
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
