Job Description:
- Sales Executive
- 5 Days a week schedule
- Work Location: Tuas, Singapore
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible for following up on repeat orders, sales leads, keeping customers data updated, sales reporting and payment.
- The incumbent confers closely with the Sales Team to determine the list of target customers based on their previous buying pattern and encourage them for repeat orders by visiting/calling customers.
- To deliver individual performance plan to meet and exceed sales targeted from optical shops and retail stores.
- To increase usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts.
- To prepare and implement account development and territory business plans.
- To improved sales and marketing knowledge of promoted and competitor products.
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the contact lens solution environment.
- To identify and develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, product endorsement and availability to educated customers.
- To update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness on territory.
Experience:
- Have prior sales experience, good communication skills and computer literacy.
- Sales experience in Medical device industry is preferred.
- This position requires the incumbent to be independent, have a positive mindset, a friendly personality as well as the ability to approach and communicate with customers.
- Able to work independently as well as a team in promoting Company’s products.
- Possess positive attitude and goal oriented.
- Has good business acumen.
