Roles & Responsibilities
Accountable for setting-out survey points and levels on site
Organize and control the overall "Topographical Activities" across the project
Accountable for carrying out relevant site measurements for computation of interim and final quantities of work done
Prepare the relevant plans and procedures for the survey works to be performed
Coordinate the activities and ensure all individual construction activities of the works have adequate topographical supports and geometrical supports for structural works
Provide survey reports and liaise with the local authority / registered land surveyor
Attend site progress meetings
Monitor settlement markers when necessary
Schedule timing to conduct surveying works before/after standard/official hours due to site condition/constraints/special requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must possess at least 5 years' local experience
Able to work independently for setting out and surveying as-built details
Proficient in Autocad, Total Station and Dumpy Level
Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering/ Geomatics/ Land Surveying/ Surveying
