Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to promote our F&B establishment and its offerings, aligning with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (website, social media, email), offline marketing (print, events), and partnerships to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional collateral, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and generate insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and front-of-house staff, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and support seamless execution of campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, partners, and vendors to leverage opportunities for coverage, endorsements, collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Support the management of marketing budget and resources, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and evaluating ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the F&B industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with excellent writing and editing skills to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Knowledge of the local F&B market landscape, consumer behavior, and regulations in Singapore is advantageous.
