Job Responsibilities
- To handle new model enquiry.
- Liaise with product engineer in HQ for customer’s sample submission.
- Follow-up of parts approval & production schedule of customers.
- Manages and supervises the sales team.
- Conduct customer survey to determine customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction level.
- Manage ISO and ISM audit/related matters.
- Make delivery arrangement/instructions.
- Monthly forecast planning and amendment.
- Yearly budget planning.
- Quotation preparation.
- To perform financial integrity screening on potential customers
- Provide customer sales service.
- Identify training needs and prepare training plan for the department.
- To provide training to subordinates to ensure competency for work.
- Ensure that environmental operational controls and work instructions related to quality are implemented in the area[s] under his / her control.
- Promulgate risk base thinking and process approach
- Contribute and support towards the success of the Integrated Management System
Requirements
- Degree in Business or similar capacity
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese to communicate with HQ and Japanese Clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communicative skills.
- Able to analyze customer related problems.
- Strong team spirit
- Familiar with Plastic Precision Engineering and manufacturing industry
