Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, you will plan, manage, and track tasks assigned to our mid shift (4PM to 1AM) fleet operations team, partners, and vendors. The tasks will comprise vehicle maintenance and vehicle movement, as well as inventory management responsibilities. Your primary mission will be to keep the GetGo fleet operational and in good condition for our users. You will also be responsible for the development and nurturing of a high performing Fleet Operations Team (Mid) that is able to deliver the required business targets.


Day to Day Activities

  • Plan, document, and communicate daily duties for the Fleet Operations Team (Mid)
  • Conduct service audits and support both internal and external teams through training and briefings to control quality of jobs completed
  • Prepare shift reports to ensure that assigned tasks are completed within a given time frame in accordance with the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
  • Coordinate business critical operations such as accidents and vehicle breakdowns through cross-departmental liaising
  • Ensure all data captured in various tracking systems are up to date and accurate and where required, rectify data that does not tally
  • Consolidate and provide feedback to support recommendations to improve operational efficiency and quality
  • Manage and coach a team of individuals to achieve the required business targets
  • Support the wider Fleet Operations Team in administrative duties
  • Perform other duties or tasks as required by the team

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading a ground operations team in the logistic, automotive, aviation, maritime, or government sector
  • Familiar with Singapore roads
  • Driven and energetic team player, meticulous, responsible, and punctual
  • Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles (e.g. Sedan, MPV, SUV, Van etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
