Responsibilities
· Engineer, design, and maintain VMware/Omnissa Horizon platforms, including AppVolumes and Unified Access Gateway (UAG), to provide secure and efficient remote access solutions.
· Manage Citrix DDC products, Windows 10/11 desktop OS, and secure desktop brokerage for remote access and application publishing.
· Collaborate globally within the EET team to implement and maintain secure remote access services using F5/APM and Omnissa UAG.
· Perform platform change implementations and ensure continuous operational improvements for stability and sustainability.
· Contribute to the architecture, development, and documentation of global remote access solutions for virtual desktops and published applications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, optimizing performance and security across all access services.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with VMware/Omnissa Horizon Suite (including AppVolumes and UAG), Citrix DDC products, and Windows 10/11 desktop OS.
· Proficient in virtual desktop and application delivery platforms, remote access brokerage, and secure desktop solutions.
· Strong ability to work with global teams in a collaborative environment for design and implementation of platform solutions.
· Familiarity with F5 load balancers, APM, AVI load balancers, iGel Thin Client OS, ChromeOS, and PING/SAML authentication.
· Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic technology landscape.
· Excellent communication skills to document and share technical designs with global teams.
