RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary:
The Product Owner will oversee the end-to-end delivery and operations of data analytics products and solutions.
Acting as both a strategist and liaison, this role bridges business objectives with technical requirements, driving the roadmap for analytics initiatives.
They will engage with stakeholders to gather business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and lead the prioritization of projects in alignment with business goals.
Proactively consult on analytics solutions with the support of the BI and Analytics team.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the data architecture supports business needs and work with Data Analysts to deliver actionable insights that can be effectively utilized by stakeholders.
The role requires a balance of product ownership and business analysis, fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap: Develop a strategic roadmap for analytics products, aligning initiatives with business objectives and regularly updating it based on feedback and changing priorities.
- Gather, translate, and document requirements: Engage with stakeholders to capture business objectives, translate them into actionable requirements, and maintain clear documentation for technical teams.
- Lead prioritization and sprint planning: Assess project priorities, balancing impact and feasibility, to effectively manage backlogs and lead sprint planning with agile teams. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation for analytics solutions
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics products: Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing and change management: Develop and execute UAT plans, oversee testing, and manage change requests, ensuring deliverables meet user expectations.
- Driving User Adoption: Monitor the adoption and performance of analytics products, refining them to maximize business value and user satisfaction.
- Acting as the catalyst for collaboration: Manage stakeholders within the technical team and the wider business to ensure engagement, information flow, and project alignment, fostering a collaborative environment.
Expertise:
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excels at working in a team to align data solutions with business needs, focused on creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Thinking & Communication: Strong skills in analyzing and translating data-driven insights and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Advanced skill in gathering business needs, documenting technical requirements, and aligning them with business objectives.
Knowledge of:
- UX/UI design: Ability to develop detailed wireframes and UX/UI designs using tools like Figma, enhancing the user experience and ensuring functional design implementation.
- Jira & Confluence Proficiency: Advanced use of agile tools for backlog management, sprint planning, and project documentation.
- Agile Methodologies & Product Ownership: Proven experience leading agile, cross-functional teams to deliver iterative, high-impact data solutions.
- Understanding of Analytics Solutions: Knowledge of data tools and analytics platforms like Power BI, ensuring the ability to develop and manage comprehensive data solutions and enabling effective technical collaboration.
Experience:
- 2-5 Years in Product Management/Business Analysis: Proven track record in managing product lifecycle and requirement documentation for analytics products.
- Solution Consulting: Experience in providing expert advice on analytics and data-driven projects, ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives and driving continuous improvement in processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting business transformation and process improvement into Data-Driven organizations and systems.
- Business & Data Transformation: Experience working in supporting business transformation and process improvement into Data-Driven organizations and systems.
- Agile Mindset and Experience: Thrives in Agile Environments, with a strong resilience, adaptability and responsiveness to change in fast-paced settings.
The position will be based in Singapore.
