Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager to provide overall leadership and management to the outlet,
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Interact and engage with guests and assist guests with their requests.
- Ensure all customers are happy with excellent service provided and that feedback and requests are followed through to the end
- Assist in business development where required
- Oversee stock levels & ordering supplies
- Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness both indoors and outdoors
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in spoken English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Attention to details
