Restaurant Assistant Manager
Overview:
The Restaurant Assistant Manager develops in his/her assigned role in the company with potential to grow within the company towards a leadership position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Work together with the team and department lead to execute the functions of the department
-Assist in team organisation and workflow
-Assist in planning or executive functions where required
-Assist in business development where required
-Assist in customer experience and management
-Assist in stock management and ordering
Requirements:

-Well-groomed and presentable
-Excellent communication and soft skills
- Very passionate about service, coffees, bread, and food
- Motivated to want to delight and please all our different customers
- Attentive to details and meticulous to ensure smooth operations with minimal errors
- Good interpersonal skills so as to build good working relationships with colleagues and managers
- Good problem-solving skills to ensure continued operations in the face of challenges
