The Role

You will lead the strategic transformation of the Total Rewards programs, beginning with employee benefits and pensions. This role involves evaluating existing programs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to boost employee satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to drive organizational change.


Key Responsibilities

Benefits Transformation:

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits transformation strategy aligned with company goals. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, and offer thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in employee benefits.
  • Metrics & KPIs: Develop metrics to measure program success, review ROI, and report findings to senior leadership regularly.

Benefits Program Evaluation:

  • Evaluate current benefits and pensions programs, conducting benchmarking studies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Keep abreast of legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Use technology to streamline benefits administration and enhance employee experience.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure support for benefits initiatives. Communicate changes effectively to employees and provide necessary resources and education.

Other Strategic Total Rewards Projects:

  • Communication Strategy: Define communication and change management plans for compensation programs.
  • Sales Compensation Design: Review and suggest improvements to the compensation design and administration of incentive plans.

Who You Are

You have proven experience in compensation and benefits, coupled with a growth mindset. You focus on delivering customer success and work inclusively with others.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, including program design and sales compensation.
  • Expertise in industry benchmarks and vendor relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills for creating complex formulas and models.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and managing projects in a matrixed environment.
